Over the last few week, we have spent some time discussing the most common forms of compensation. These include the Unilevel, Bilevel, Stairstep Breakaway Plan and lastly, the Forced Matrix Plan. This week, I will be discussing key features, pros and cons of the Forced Matrix Plan.

Key Features

The Forced Matrix plan is a matrix that describes the width and depth of your organization. For example a 3×5 plan means that you can only sponsor up to 3 frontline distributors and can earn potential commissions up to 5 levels deep (see figure). There are also matrix compensation plans that have narrow widths and long depths such as the 2×12 plan where you have 2 frontline distributors and can get compensated 12 levels deep.

Another feature of the forced matrix plan is the “spill over” effect. Once you have your frontline distributors in place, any new distributor will spill over into any of the open slots available. In old Matrix plans, this was automatically done and you did not have any control over the process but companies are changing this and allowing distributors to have more control over their business.

In addition, the commissions paid in each level is variable. Your compensation rate is based on a certain percentage the volume generated from each level as well as the commissions of everyone in your downline organization up to a certain level (the depth of the matrix). Using the figure above as an example, you will be compensated 5% of the volume generated on your first level, 4% of volume on your second level, 3% of volume on the third, 2% of volume of the forth and 1% of volume of your fifth level.

In general, the narrow and deeper the plan (e.g. 2×12 plan), the more teamwork and support your receive from your upline.

Pros

The Matrix plan generally promotes teamwork making it easy to attract new distributors.

Promotes teamwork where distributors work together and everyone benefits

It forces distributors to build an organization within a defined group.

The “Spill over” effect is often promoted to prospects and makes it attractive as the new distributor anticipates that others within his/her team will help fill the open spaces for them making less work for them.

Cons

It can lead to unrealistic expectations as new distributors are led to believe that the team will build the business for them

In some Matrix plans, the enrolling distributor may not have any control over the placement of new distributors within their organization. Some companies have may changes to their plan that will enable these distributors more control over building their business.

The variations in commission based on level may be difficult to explain to potential prospects.

The variations in commissions based on level incentivizes the distributor to assist some levels more than others. Using the figure above as an example, the distributor will spend more time assisting those in the first 2 levels that those further down in depth.

The distributor’s income is limited to the size of the matrix. Some companies have put in place “infinity bonuses” as a way to remove these limitation and make the plan more attractive. These are bonuses that allow you to earn commissions on other levels to infinity on certain products. Although these may make it more attractive, only very distributors qualify for it.

From a distributor’s perspective, the width and depth of the matrix is important to consider as plans with wider widths will require good recruiting skills. Also consider the variable commission rates as it indirectly incentivizes your upline as to where they will focus their time.

What is your perspective on the Forced Matrix compensation plan? Are there other features, pros, cons etc. that you would add? Please provide your comments below.

As an Independent distributor for a Network Marketing company, there are a number of different ways that the company can compensate you for promoting and sharing their product. We’ve spent the last two weeks discussing the most common forms of compensation: the Unilevel and Binary compensation plans as a means of compensation. Today’s post will focus on one of the older and original network marketing compensation plans, the Stairstep breakaway compensation plan.

Key Features

As the name implies, there are two sides to this plan: the Stairstep and the breakaway sides.

Stairstep

When starting out, there is usually a “front-end loading.” This means that the distributor is required to purchase a large quantity of products to join the company. That leads to a “Garage full of products.” This has changed over the years as there is now a cap on initial product investment.

Each stair step is considered an advancement in rank within the company

With each step/rank, you are assigned a percentage discount or rebate you earn on your purchases from the company. For example, the first level (sales executive level) may earn a 20% discount, the second level (Distributor), will earn a 25% discount, the third level (Supervisor) a 30% discount, the forth level (Manager) a 35% discount and the fifth level (National Director) earns a 40% discount. As you progress up the ladder and get promoted, your company percentage discounts or rebates increase.

Promotion to a new rank is dependent of sales volume (the amount that you purchase from the company (your personal volume) and the number of customers/distributors that purchase from you and are on your team).

As you move to the top of the stairs, you are then allowed to “Breakaway” from your upline and run your organization independently.

Breakaway

This leads us to the second portion of the plan: The breakaway piece.

As you breakway, your organization is referred to as a generation.

There are some cases where breaking away was not financially better for the distributor as they earned less in commissions.

There are advantages to breaking away from your upline with this plan as it allows you the opportunity to earn a higher commission rate.

It is a huge loss for your upline as the volume that your
previously received no longer flows to your upline at the same rate. However, your original sponsor will receive a small percentage from each generation. This is called “override commission.”

The creation of a number of generations (breakaways) is what results in your residual income. Although it starts out small, it can eventually grow as your numbers of generations grow.

The breakaway piece is similar to the unilevel compensation plan where they can only sponsor one level of distributors (there is no limit on the number of frontline distributors in which you can sponsor

Companies with these plans were originally scrutinized for front-end loading. To minimize the scrutiny, some have capped the initial product order (example $1000 or less). Companies have also put in place a bonus percentage for a breakaway that is equal to or greater than the percentage earned in the stairstep before the breakage as an incentive for the distributor to breakaway.

Pros

The payout could be large. This compensation plan is great for distributors that have great selling and recruiting skills

Cons

There could be lack of support from their upline once established as breaking away does not work in their favor.

Similar to the Unilevel compensation plan, you will be working in competition with other cross-line distributors.

Plan is difficult to explain to prospects.

Front-end loading. Although this has decreased over the years with the initial product caps that companies are putting in place.

In some cases, breaking away may not be financially better for you as you may earn more money by keeping people under you.

From a distributors perspective, this plan is great for those with strong recruiting that have great skills in recruiting and management skills. It has it pros and cons but these should be weighed based on other factors such as the product, company management, company philosophy, etc.

Before joining a company as a distributor, it is important to at least have an understanding of how you will be paid and if it helps you accomplish your personal and business goals. There are a number of different types of compensation plans in Network Marketing. Last week, I discussed the unique aspects of the Unilevel compensation plan. This week, I discuss the key features and the pros and cons of the binary compensation plan model.

Unique Features Of The Binary Compensation Plans

Rules of twos

Just as the name implies, the word “Bi” means two. This compensation plan is based on the #2. This is the maximum number of frontline associates that you can have within your business center. Additional people that join the team get plugged into either side of the left or right legs. Your compensation is based on the group volume of the downline legs rather than a percentage of sales of multiple levels of distributors.

Commissions are generally paid out on the weaker leg. For example lets say you have $5000 on the left leg and $4500 on right and you are given 10% you make 450 on right leg. The difference between 5000 and 4500 ($500) will roll over into next weeks volume.

A volume driven approach

Another unique feature about this compensation plan is that it is solely volume and not level driven. Because you only sponsor two business partners directly under you, your organization (or business center) consist of a left and a right leg. Since you only have the opportunity to directly sponsor two people directly under you, new distributors are placed under one of your existing line members.

No depth limitations

Although there are no limitations on the depth of your organization, there are however, limitations on the amount of volume within a business center. Once you reach that volume, this leads to a limitation in earning potential. To bypass this limitation, you have the opportunity to build multiple business centers. The more the number of business centers, the greater your earning potential.

Growing legs

More recent binary compensation plans allow any additional volume within the business unit to carry it over to the following commission period

Show me the money

Unlike most Unilevel plans, payment is often weekly or bimonth

Pro

Compensation is based on group volumes. This encourages and incentivizes those within a business center to work closely as a team to achieve common goals

Frequent (weekly) payouts are appealing for most distributors

There is the ability to earn commissions from deeper generational levels

Easy to explain

You do not have to build a large organization in order to be successful.

Cons

If a distributor does not qualify for commissions, the commissions may return to the company.

Because of the quick ability for payout, distributors tend to promote the plan rather than the company

The balancing of the legs

Company may not pay a matching bonus on the group volume of the stronger leg.

Similar to the Unilevel plans, the modern companies have put in place incentives to make their binary plans more attractive. For example, some allow any additional volume to be carried over to the next week.

Are there any other pros and cons to the binary plan would you add? Please comment below.

Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve discussed a number of important factors to look into when evaluating a home business. Today’s post will focus on compensation.

Since there are a number of different form of compensation, having an understanding of the pros and cons of each compensation plan will allow you to make an informed decision as to whether it makes sense to use this plan to build your business. In this post, I discuss the pros, cons and key structural elements and feature of the Unilevel compensation plan.

Just as the name implies, a Unilevel plan has everyone that you sponsor on your frontline. Although there are no limitations to the number of people you sponsor (no width limitations), there are limitations to the depth of your organization. In general, the traditional Unilevel plans may have a depth level limitation of 5, 7 or 8 levels. What this means, is that you will not get compensated for downline members that are further down in depth in your organization. In other words, you may be maxed out on the levels that you are paid.

Another unique feature of Unilevel plans is the amount you earn for each level within your organization. This percentage may differ from company to company but on average falls around 5%. For example, let’s say that you earn 5% on your first level, your compensation would be 5% of total sales revenue on your first level. If the second level is 2%, you would earn 2% of your sales on the second level. Your commission based on the first two levels will be the combination of earnings on both levels. In some cases, companies may pay a higher percentage amount e.g. 10% on the third level. The advantage of doing this is that it incentivizes and encourages you to reach down into your downline and help as many people below you.

Since all sales volumes goes towards monthly production goals, advancement to higher achievement levels and higher commission levels are achieved by meeting specified monthly volume goals (Keep in mind that in order to earn commissions, there usually is a minimal amount of personal volume that is required.)

Some pros and cons of the Unilevel compensation plan include:

Pros

These plans are usually straightforward and easy to understand and explain.

There are no limitations on width of a distributor’s frontline. The more distributors you recruit, the greater your commission check.

Companies may have a generational bonus in place (i.e. pay a higher commission rate on the third level.) This is an incentive for you to help your downline and build depth within your organization to increase your commissions

Makes it easier for you to advance to higher compensation level.

Cons

Although it is easier to earn commissions with this plan, commissions tend to be smaller and restricted when compared to other compensation plans.

It may attract people into an organization that purchase product at wholesale without an intention to build a business (the preferred customer mentality).

Everyone you sponsor on your frontline becomes cross line with each other which could lead to competition.

To make up for these disadvantages, modern network marketing plans have enhanced these plans to make them more attractive. These plan enhancements may include:

Removing level limitation with rank advancements so you are not maxed out or restricted on how much you earn based on depth of your organization.

Paying a much higher percentage commission at a certain depth level. For example, paying a 10% commission on your third level (Great incentive for upline distributors).

Offering bonuses incentives for higher rank advancements (promotions) leading to higher commission rates.

In conclusion, although the simplicity and straightforwardness of the Unilevel plan makes it attractive, the commissions can also be limited compared to other compensation plans out there. Companies realize these limitations and have put in place other incentives, bonuses and structurally changes to make these plans more attractive for you. So when analyzing these plans, take all of these into consideration (including the other aspects of the company and products) to see if it makes sense for you to build your business based using this compensation structure.

You’ve taken the time to evaluate the businesses that interest you based on the products/service, the company management, company philosophy and values and the financials of the company. Since everything checked out, you are ready to jump right in.

But hold on a minute….you may be missing the most important piece of the puzzle. Since you have decided to build a business from home to earn an income, why would you not take the time to evaluate how you will get paid? The last thing you want to do is invest lots of time and energy just to find out it may be impossible to make any income based on the structure of the compensation plan?

Granted, I know that looking at all the numbers and specifics could drive you insane, but is it not better to find out if this is something that you can do? Trust me, the earlier you have money coming into your pockets, the more motivated you will be to keep moving forward. The opposite is true as well. The harder it takes in bring in income, the less interested you will be in putting in more energy to get your business off the ground. Today’s post discusses the 3 big considerations when evaluating a company’s compensation plan.

Before getting started, it makes sense to first ask you a questions.

What are your business goals?

Are you looking for fast cash for the short term or are you looking to build an income source that can pay you month after month (residual/passive income)? This becomes important when you are deciding which business model makes sense to you. Is it Direct sales or Network Marketing)?

Next when looking at compensation plans, there are some general ways that you can get compensated. This includes

Retail sales - This involves buying the product at wholesale and retailing the product and pocketing the difference. This is where the direct sales business model fits in. A number of Direct sales companies allow for a decent profit from retailing so the distributor is profitable while starting their business. Although this is advantageous in the short term, a model solely based on retail does not build a passive income source for the long term.

Sponsorship – this involves building a sales team and mentoring and sponsoring those distributors that are a part of your team. Commissions or bonuses are given by building a sales team. This is primarily seen in the Network Marketing business model and but can be in a few direct sales team models.

Sales revenue – distributors earn an income based on a pre-established level of sales revenue. This could be a percentage of total sales within your organization for every 3rd, 4th etc sale. Primarily see in the Network Marketing business model.

So when initially evaluating a company’s compensation plan, consider these few points.

Retail sales

Is there a potential to make significant income from retailing the product? If the profit that you make from retailing the product or service is very little, do not waste your time doing so

2. Start up a monthly investment cost

What are the startup cost for joining the company? How long would it take to break-even (cover your initial and monthly investment cost)? If you have a difficult time figuring this out, ask the person who invited you to determine what it would take (in terms of sponsorship, retail sales, etc) to break even. Is this realistic?

3) Sponsorship bonuses

What bonuses can you get from sponsoring others into your business or product sales? How does it compare to other companies you may be evaluating? Do you get a significant portion of the bonus or does it a large portion go to your upline sponsorship team.

4) Team compensation

How are you getting compensated on your team? Is it a percentage of total sales revenue within your team? or every 3rd sale? every 4th?

These few points can make all the difference in your earning potential. Take the time to analyze the numbers and see if it is worth your while. Avoid making these mistakes and you will be well on your way to success.

In upcoming posts, I’ll discuss the different types of compensation plans and will highlight the pros and cons of each plan.

Are there other compensation considerations that you will add to the list? Please provide your comments in the section below.

This is the second of my 2 part interview with fellow Mompreneur, Brooke Barker. In Part 1, she shared why she decided to start a business from home and why she chose Network Marketing. Today, she discusses moving past fears to accomplish your dreams and balancing life as a Mompreneur.

Did you have any fears about starting your business? How did you overcome fear?

Fears, what fears?:) I don’t think there is a day that goes by that some sort of fear doesn’t creep in. Some days big, most days small! I have found that always filling my mind with positive information and surrounding myself with forward thinking people has been the best for me. Reading my Bible, reading personal development books, listening to encouraging CD’s, and reading my affirmations on a daily basis are the best ways to invest my time when fears start to take over. I also keep consistent communication with my mentors and coaches and let them know where I am at.

What is your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment specifically in this business is being able to stay at home with our children with the income I have earned using this business model. Along with discovering my true passions and being surrounded with people who encourage me to embrace strengths that I have been gifted with.

What are your greatest challenges?
My greatest challenges are wanting to help everybody succeed, but not always being able to before they quit the business. My heart breaks when I see a team partner give up on their dream. Time management and balancing the different aspects of the business can also be challenging.

How do you balance work and family life? How many hours do you put into your business daily?
It took me almost a year of being a stay at home mom/business owner to figure out how to balance work and family life! I finally came to the realization that being a wife and mom (and not my business) was my #1 priority. So as hard as it was to do, I had to schedule my business into my openings rather than scheduling my family into my openings. I tend to work during naptime and when Dan is home to help with the kids. On average I put 2-4 hours into business on a daily basis.

How has building a business from home impacted you in a positive way?
Building our business from home has been essential in helping me see where I really want to focus my time & efforts. It has encouraged me to look at what is most important and living each day intentionally. This has been an opportunity for me to show others that the Network Marketing industry has credibility and can provide a solid income to an average person’s life. This has also been the ultimate leadership and entrepreneurial education for me. There are so many ways this has been a positive impact and there isn’t a day I am humbled that I am in the position I am in.

What do you acknowledge as a reason for your success?
Having a vision, working with an amazing team of focused & committed people, having mentors that encourage me to never think myself small, a husband who is very supportive, staying plugged in everyday and the amazing products & compensation plan that my company has to offer.

What is your biggest advice for someone interested in getting started but afraid to move forward?
Oh my! There is always going to be a risk in starting a business whether it be network marketing, the health & wellness industry, a candy shoppe, or investing in a franchise…but there has to be a point when we have to believe enough in ourselves and take a leap of faith. Do your due diligence, study the company & meet the team. Investigate if the team is a group of people you want to learn and grow with and that you can trust to guide you down a path of success. Hear their hearts and their passions and see if they care enough about you to walk with you during this time of trial and error. Pray to God to give you wisdom and to bless your new journey as you walk in audacious faith!

Great words of wisdom, Brooke.

I had the opportunity to meet up with a great friend and colleague, Brooke Barker. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Brooke for the last 3.5 years. She is a fellow Mompreneur that has really taken her business to the next level. She was kind enough to share her insights on business and success as a Mompreneur. Today, I share part 1 of a two part interview series. In Part 1, she shares why she decided to start a business from home and why she choose Network Marketing.

Tell us about you and your family?

Hi Everyone!! My name is Brooke Barker and I have been married to my husband Dan for 5.5 years and we are the proud parents of our son Caleb who is 20 months and are expecting baby boy 2 this week! We currently live in Plainfield, WI, which is where we both lived throughout our childhood. Dan has been co-owner of Barker Brothers Construction since 2003 and I have a degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant & Massage Therapy. We love spending time together as a family, traveling WI, camping, cooking out with family & friends, church activities and playing volleyball for fun!

Why did you decided to build a business from home?

God laid it very heavily on my heart to be a stay at home mom. I wanted more than anything to be a mommy and couldn’t imagine leaving home everyday without them. We were not in a situation we could completely sacrifice one income and when I saw what my company had to offer, I knew this was going to be our vehicle to match my full time income.

Why network marketing?

Network marketing has many benefits that I was unaware of until I became part of the team. I think there was some skepticism at first, but the product & the people had me on board! It truly became the perfect fit for us because I could work my business at home with my phone & computer and I could work part time and on my own time. Although these are a few things that initially attracted me to network marketing, what has kept me passionate about this industry is seeing how so many people from different walks of life can succeed if they have a dream and are willing to make a few sacrifices for a time being to make a permanent change for their lives. I love my team deeply and everything that I have learned from them. I also love who I have become in the process in regards to leadership & learning how to encourage others to live lives of significance. Network marketing is the vehicle that gave our family a plan B and the freedom for me to become a stay at home mom.

What are your thoughts about this business model?

The network marketing business model is simple, but not always easy. It encourages people to work with a team, follow a system, connect with people, grow in leadership and increase their business sense. Network marketing is a business model where entrepreneurs can start a business with a low risk investment and gain experience quickly. I think that it allows people to attempt new strategies, learn from their successes and failures and does so in a much shorter learning curve than typical business.

In the next post, Brooke shares her secrets to success, her challenges and how she balances work and family life as a Mompreneur.

A company’s success is also dependent on the product or service that it offers. Today’s post will focus on what to look for when evaluating a company’s product lines or services.

1) What would you like to sell?

Making the decision on what to sell can sometimes be a little daunting. Let’s try not to make it too complicated. There are just a few things to consider to make sure that the product is the right fit for your business. You could start out by looking at the products that you are using. Is there a category of products that you enjoy using? Another good starting point would be to visit the Direct Selling Association’s website (DSA). The website list the top industry classification by sales. These categories include: Home/Family Care/Home durables (these include cleaning products, cookware, cutlery etc), Wellness products (weight loss, vitamins, etc), Personal care (cosmetics, jewelry, skin care, etc), Services (telecommunications, etc), Clothing and Accessories, and Leisure/ Educational products. Is there a product category that you are excited about from this list? Once you decide on the category, visit the DSA website and look at the list of companies that make product and manufacture these products.

2) Who would you like to sell it to?

Ask yourself, who are the customers that will buy these products and services? Who is the target market? Is this a market that you can penetrate? Can you see yourself working with the customers in that market? Looking at the company’s product lines, is there a particular group that the company is targeting? Ask other distributors about who they target. “Everyone” is not a good answer.

Ask other distributors or the management team about proof of the market size. How big is it? What do the demographics for the market look like? Is the market large and will continue to expand? The last thing you want to do is put energy into a business to find out the that the trending need for the market is decreasing. An example is long distance phone cards. At one point in time, they were very marketable but then the price of the cards deflated when they became available at every convenience store. For more extensive market research, you can search online or request assistance from a librarian.

3) Is the product highly consumable?

Is this a product that customers purchase repeatedly (once a month or more often if possible)? This is an important point because repeat sales will make a difference in your commission checks being too small or too infrequent to justify your marketing and sales efforts. Ideally, go for a product that people will purchase repeatedly, month after month. If the product or service is not consumable, then it will not provide the solid residual income you seek.

4) What value does the product or service offer?

What benefits does the product offer? Are the benefits obvious to the consumer? If you have to spend a lot of time convincing others that a value exist, it will be more difficult to make the sale.

6) A few other questions to consider are:

Is the product dynamic or unique? In what way?

Is this something that you can get excited about personally?

Do you want to become a product of the product? Do you see yourself using the products?

Are the products exclusive? Can they only get the products from you?

Can the products deliver on its promises?

What are the quality of the products? Are the products or services guaranteed?

What is the company’s return policy?

Are the products safe? Any safety studies from a third party?

How is the product delivered? Avoid front-loading (being required to stockpile product for resale)?

Does the product or service sell at retail?

That’s a lot to consider when you evaluate the product. The take home point is that you want to pick a product that you would use, that is consumable and has a market to target. These are the fundamental pieces that you would need to promote the ideal product for your business.

Are there are other criteria that you would use to evaluate a product?

Over the last few weeks, we’ve talked about how to evaluate a company to partner with for your new business. Continuing on with the series, today we will talk about what to look for when evaluating the company leadership.

We know that a company is only as good as those who run it, so here are 7 key things you can do to get a sense of the strength of the company’s management team.

1. Interview the corporate executives before joining the company

Interviewing the corporate team will give you the opportunity to ask your questions and to get a feel for their personalities, vision and leadership style. Do their personalities match yours? Could you see yourself feeling comfortable representing the company? What are their visions for the company? Are they progressive and forward thinking? Are they passionate about what they do? Do they all deliver the same message i.e. are they all on the same page?

2. Interview other distributors in the company

Now that you have a sense of the management team, how do the distributors feel about the management? Are the feedback positive or do they hesitate to speak negatively about the team? To get a better feel for this, speak with more than just a few distributors within the company.

3. Attend a company event

The nice thing about attending an event is that you will get a good idea as to how well the management team interacts one another. How well do the distributors interact with them? You also have the opportunity to talk to the internal support staff and vendors. What are their experiences with the company’s leadership?

4. Does the management team have experience in business and the industry?

There’s one thing about having great business experience but another to have little experience in the industry. What are their past experiences and skills? Have they ever practiced in the field? Do they understand the needs of the field? Can they identify their gaps and call on the pros when they are needed (such as in training and sales needs, international development, etc)?

5. Do they have a great support team? Do they all work well together?

Who runs the daily operations of the company for distributor support, answering the phone lines etc? Is the support staff happy? For the most part, a happy support staff = a healthy company.

6. What is the vision of the company?

What are the company’s short and long term goals? Are there goals of growth and expansion? Any goals to expand their product lines? Any plans for diversification? In other words, are the teams progressive and looking for ways to expand their market? Good management are always searching for new products. They look for what’s new, what’s better and what’s next.

7. Is there a commitment to integrity?

Call the Better Business Bureau to ask whether there have been any complaints filed against the company. If there is a long list of complaints, watch out.

Ultimately, your goal is to find leadership that you can trust, has integrity and provides the necessary support and resources to assist you in becoming successful in your business.

It’s very exciting and a bit nerve racking when you make the decision to start your own business. So far, you have taken the steps to evaluate the company’s ownership and financials to make sure that the company has strong leadership and is financially stable. The often overlooked piece is evaluating the company’s philosophy. So why should you pay attention to a company’s philosophy? Because you want to make sure that the company’s value and ideals are in line with yours. So today’s post is about evaluating a company’s philosophy. Here are a few questions that you should ask to get a feel for the culture and philosophy of the company.

1) What is the company’s mission and vision? Is the company mission driven or money driven? What is your mission? It’s important to choose a company that has a mission that is consistent with your values and gets you motivated.
2) Would the company’s opportunity allow you to make a positive difference in the lives of those that join your business?
3) What is your comfort level with those that run the company?
4) What is the company’s vision? Do you feel good about it’s long term vision?
5) Does the company’s philosophy fit your personal philosophy?
6) Lastly, what are the company’s policies and procedures? Do they protect the distributors and company? Can you live with these rules?

So these are just a few things to consider while evaluating a company’s philosophy. You want to make sure that you are representing a company that has a mission and value in alignment to yours.

What other questions would you ask to get a feel for a company’s culture and philosophy? Please provide your comments below.

If you think that this information would be useful to others, please “Tweet It” , “Like It” or “Share It” with others by clicking above.
